After Sales

Silver Star After Sales (SSAL) department is assigned to take care of our valued customers and their valued vehicles. Therefore a customer care team is established to follow-up after the vehicle handed over to the customers to insure our quality service and improvements.

SSAL runs an annual in-house training program conducted by experts form Mercedes-Benz Germany and the regional center in Abidjan to enhance the technical knowledge of the our technicians.

SSAL has furnished the After-Sales with all the ordinary and special tools as well as the most sophisticated and advanced equipments and devices such as: Chassis repair celette bench and star diagnosis machine.
